Sarah Graber, LSW, is a licensed social worker who earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana and her master’s degree from Indiana University. Before joining ahaNOW! Counseling, Sarah worked as a school social worker at the high school level. In that role, Sarah helped support students and their families with social and emotional challenges.

Sarah uses an integrative approach, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths Perspective. She works with children, teens, and adults facing challenges including anxiety, depression, family conflict, and peer relationships. She strives to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and comfortable being yourself.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She also enjoys exercising, reading a good book, traveling, and exploring new places with her family.
